The Best there ever was in this game…
Mike Kosar does a TREMENDOUS job with the Lost Ballpark Podcast, and what makes it so is what comes through…a love for what baseball means, how it has been the constant companion in our lives. His guest range from a former Phillies batboy whose family was immersed in baseball (David Kessler), to the premier sports broadcaster in perhaps all broadcast History (Bob Costas), with many a player, broadcaster, coach, and Hall of Fame member in between. Each episode shares great moments and insightful questions, peppered with audio clips of big game moments, exhibiting top notch production values. Personally, my favorite episodes were about “baseball along Route 66”, and the one featuring longtime Expos broadcaster Dave Van Horne, as each shared something universal about this most American of sports (Canada being in North America works!) This is the best podcast on baseball, it’s history, and it’s impact, and I hit play every time a new episode drops.

This podcast never disappoints, the interviews are so nostalgic and informative, very detailed questions and discussions, a lot of research and understanding of how each guest plays into the entirety of a team’s or baseball’s history.
