Every human being on this planet experiences fear in one form or another, but we may not all understand why our minds and bodies react to fear like they do. Today at Lost River Legends we delve into the science and psychology behind fear and break down exactly what happens when we experience fear. This fear response could be triggered by seeing or encountering something paranormal, it could be triggered by a terrible car accident or by deeper, darker traumas.
