a beautiful podcast
This podcast is so gentle with its characters and its listeners. Seeing, or hearing I guess, Jason and Kane’s relationship develop is truly special; it feels so real and like something to strive for. Little things like Kane’s excitement about the cute dog he saw that day, or Jason’s wistful remarks on the scenery outside their new bedroom window, make this podcast a joy to listen to. As a member of the LGBT community, and a consumer of all kinds of queer content, I can’t help but feel like I’m waiting for “the other shoe to drop” while listening to this podcast; it always seems that if are two LGBT people in love, angst and heartbreak are sure to follow. But “Love and Luck” lets Jason and Kane be... happy. Happy and in love, and allowed to communicate and talk through these big scary emotions that so often lead to miscommunication and frustration. I loved every second of this podcast, and of Jason and Kane’s romance, and I can’t wait for more. Thank you for making a queer romance that is allowed to flourish.

Just discovered this podcast through the Radio Drama Revival podcast. I’ve listened to the first three eps and was so taken by its charm and how different it was to other podcasts I’ve listened to, I subscribed and downloaded all the available episodes to make my way through.
