“This podcast series is so great! I started listening when i was in constant 2 months long depression after my last breakup and after boy-friend of mine used my heartache for his own pleasure, luckyly i found out sooner than the things could got messed up.
I didn’t find like a straight answer for how to get over, but i got something better. Tallinn to my friends over and over about the same thing is sick and not helping, but just the listening to Meredith’s beautiful voice and hearing all the stories she or others went throw is maybe even more helping than getting the straight answer what you should do.
After hearing the complete first season i feel cured. Still not completely, but my depression and the fact not be able to focus is gone. I am so greatfull.
Guys, go ahead and listen to the whole series! My super-favourite episodes were 1&3&5&6 but i hardly suggest to listen to every single episode (there are only 8 in the first season each about 20 minutes) because it makes a great story.
