“Your podcasts are the best; informative and knowledgeable and from the heart! Hi Ashley, not sure how I missed this episode, but I did. It really hit home about what spirit means to each individual. Spirit is a feeling for me, sometimes the feeling makes me elated and sometimes it makes me feel a bit verklempt. We all connect to Spirit in our own individual way and for varied reasons. Sometimes I believe we connect to Spirit and not realize it until later when we get that Aha moment and we say to ourselves Spirit was with me and giving me guidance. I have mostly used my trusty Arkansas clear Isis faced quartz for personal connections and meditations. However, last year the Isis face popped off from the point. So I am going to try some ones you have suggested in the podcast. Your podcast is something that I go back to multiple times. Some episodes I have listened to many times.
