“Great pod cast. Easy to listen to. I usually queue it up while I am working out; or if I have a long (60 mins or more) commute.
The focus is on how to gain and maintain relationships; with an emphasis on having a healthy mind, body, and spirit on the individual level. The point being we must be “right” as a person before we can successfully and meaningfully engage with others.
The format of the program is a weekly expert in some aspect of what will lead to a healthy mind, body, and spirit. It is a dialogue between Staci and Tom and the expert of the week. About two thirds of the discussion is about the subject of the week; and then the final one third is how it relates to nourishing our connections with one another.
Even if you are not necessarily looking for relationship advice the subject of the week is worth the time. It is all about learning something new every day.
I would suggest listening to the “debut show” - 8 Oct 20 - for at least the first 15 mins to get an understanding of Staci and Tom’s backgrounds and their concept behind the pod casts.”
