“I was looking for a more literature/storyline based podcast and I found it here. Yay!! The low score comes because they seem to lack the open mindedness that is needed for an in depth interpretation and retelling of a piece of fiction. To the extent that one of the panelist leave because it wasn’t what he “expected” when the whole point of the show is to be outside of the box??? That’s unfortunate but I’m still appreciative of the literary application.”

“This podcast seems to take a very literal, obvious, and shallow dive into the story. Seemingly really just looking at the story/storytelling as text. They don’t seem to understand the context or importance of Jim Crow era USA or racism and Lovecraft. Little disappointed. Not really worth the listen.”
