  So, people out there.  Have you ever felt completely alone in your feelings?  If so, you’re not alone. Sadness is a part of life and growing, but there are many different ways to deal with it.  Believe it or not, if you have ever felt so low you can’t go on, or like damage is irreversible, it’s not. Most damage can be repaired with time. On this episode of Out of the Blue, join host, Emily and her longtime friend, Jared, as they discuss some of the darker sides of life and healthy ways like exercise, eating healthy, music, expression, and more that can help to deal with those times.
