Good but suffers from being an echo chamber
Great to have a regular podcast focused on cube, the best MTG format. The podcast is mostly very good, but the two hosts could greatly benefit from incorporating more outsider opinions. They come from the same play group that clearly values a specific style of play and specific colors to the detriment of balanced cube environments. This is reflected in the dynamics of the show as well: one host (Andy) continually steamrolls the other host (Alex) and seems genuinely uninterested in hearing how other people enjoy to play the game. Take any advice from this show with a grain of sand, unless you are specifically interested in creating cube environments where some flavor of WR agro is the only viable archetype

A highly recommended cast where the host express their passion for all things cube. Whether your new to MTG cube or an experienced curator there is always something to learn or take away. Fun, informative, and well recorded episodes on the regular. Happy Cubing!

This is my favorite podcast because: they cover my favorite format in an open minded and analytical way; they sprinkle jokes through the intro, editing, and natural conversation; and it’s free of ads and Patreon plugging.

A long time designer, I’ve just started listening to LPR, though I’ve followed the development of their tools and surveys for a bit. Great commentary and flow, thoughtful discussions!
