Deep cuts in game design
Ryan and Geoff do a great job of going in-depth in game design. Some recent podcasts have been a bit closer to “how to develop a game” which, to me differs from the original conceits of discussing game design, it is still a podcast I listen to every time within days of a new episode. They can go deep into their topics, that keeps you engaged and interested in everything they have to opine about. They rock.

Invaluable discussions for any aspiring board game designer.

Ludology is a reasonably unique board game podcast. It tackles subjects about playing, designing or publishing games (usually all three) without much focus on specific games, except as an example. One of three podcasts I make sure to catch as often as released.
