“I listen to many travel blogs but this one is by far the best. Sarah is a seasonaed professional and knows how to extract the best and most important information from guests. In this case Sarah conducts a very informative and in depth interview with Robert Bowe, the Restauarnt Manager at Ashford Castle in Ireland, one of it`s premier luxury destinations. The interesting questions allow Robert to showcase the castle in all it`s glory and he discusses al aspects of what makes this castle such a premier luxury destination. You will have to listen but if I mention BIb Bird, wid strawberries, a giirl ghost, falconry, a priest hole and even 007 you have a taster of the spectacular stories Robert can tell you in a very engaging style. And one reason he does this is because the interview is conducted in a very professional but laid back style allowing Robert to give you the full flavour of this fine Hotel he has worked at for over 30 years. Great interview and great job Sarah.”
