“I’ve listened to MacWorld podcast for ages but this introduction of advertising of items that are irrelevant to Tec and the mac is annoying plus the fact that I don’t live in the USA so could not buy one of these shavers or foam mattress beds if I wanted to (which I don’t), I don’t like hearing about them every week, it’s boring.
Life is too short to listen to this totally disconnected from their listenership advertising, so I’m unsubscribing today.
Now that the magazine has closed, I can see why, it doesn’t feel like they have their hearts in it any more and can’t be bothered to come up with anything new and interesting. There are much better mac related podcast out there like the MacCast that only put adverts in that are relevant.”

“What is it the like thing?? It seems sometimes every Three words spoken is the “like”. An example—I was LIKE in a hurry. Instead of I was in a hurry. Sometimes I just listen for the likes and count versus listening tho the topic.”
