“I'll admit it. I'm a fan, but when I first got I-Tunes I downloaded some Trek podcasts just to see the depths of geekdom that were out there. I thought I'd get a good laugh, and with pride I'd be able to turn to my girlfriend and say, "See? Those are the real nuts. The ones trying to build a Bajoran nose out of silly putty. The ones bidding on Ebay for pointy-eared Jello molds. The ones naming their cats ‘Tribble.’ Those are the nuts. I’m not so weird, honey!”
This was the first podcast that I downloaded, and I never thought it would be this entertaining. This is the perfect podcast for the "down to Earth" Star Trek fan. Those of us who grew up with Trek. Those of us who sat and watched Trek with our fathers. Those of us who couldn’t wait until next week to watch another episode. Those of us who do not learn to speak Klingon. The guys at Simply Syndicated are witty and irreverent, but it all comes from love of the Trek universe.
Trust me. Try it. You’ll see, and you will not be disappointed.”
