“I’ve been following popehat for years now, and I first heard Ken on the LRC podcast and have been religiously listening to All The Presidents Lawyers. I was expecting this podcast to be a similar, free-style conversation type of podcast. It’s not. This podcast is part storytelling, part research, and part interview. It’s talks about the first amendment in a narrative way, which ultimately is like a history lesson. Oh and also, the theme music is a banger.”
