I just listened to the first two episodes and they were well researched, presented and extremely entertaining. The sound quality is fantastic and, unlike other podcasters, Ken and his guests never stray from the topic. I will definitely be recommending this to everyone I know as a must listen.

An exceptional podcast. Popehat brings the cases to life in a way that deftly explains the legal theories while putting the listener in the shoes of those affected by the decisions.
