In 2011 I was seriously injured in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and proceeded to spend three year rehabbing and fighting to give myself a normal life. It wasn’t until I began grilling and smoking that I could begin to heal. Malcom your videos on YouTube has been my greatest medication. I have fallen in love with this lifestyle and am now able to cook for my own kids. To you and your wife I wanna say thank you for all that you do. It’s more than just cooking; it’s therapy.
