Back at it again in the High Spear Mall
I susported Spout Lore a while back due both because I wanted to support the cast making one of my favorite podcasts that never fails to get a smile out of me and after catching up with the main series I needed more. Binging through the Mall Brats series was as much a delight as listening through the main series and added more things I quote to my lexicon (like “it’s [insert time] in the am/pm and I’m just mad at you” from episode 1). It’s the cast being as hilarious as always but with the slang of being nasty little urchins getting up to cartoon shenanigans Hearing that it’s coming out on its own feed is exciting to hear cause 1. Get to binge it all over again and 2. Is nice to have a musical undertone with it provided by the new score. What I appreciate about it is that it’s subtle, sets the vibe and doesn’t overwhelm in the listening experience, which for some other podcasts it can be rough due to volume moving or using noises/effects that harm that experience. Not here so far and just excited to listen once again to the exploits of these munchkins. @oprichniki1 (twitter)
