Extremely valuable and unique, a few tweaks would help
There are incredibly valuable insights offered in these podcasts and other material (book, etc.). I do wish “y’all” would be restricted to one or two utterances an episode (you are speaking to me, not a wide audience), as well as less affirmations to each other (um hum, yes, etc.) - I feel like I’m listening to a tennis match at times with my “head” going back and forth! I suffer through it, however, as the advice is so valuable!
