Enjoying the content
Thanks for the great show each day! As others have stated below, it’s hard to consume PL news and updates stateside in an easy manner. The insights, banter and camaraderie amongst the contributors, makes for an enjoyable listen each day. Keep up the great work! PS - I find myself with an irrational lack of patience when a new episode is not ready when I wake up each morning. You have created a good problem in how fast you turn these out! Question time (well more of long drawn out thought) - Establishing my allegiance: I’m a (almost) life long stateside Portsmouth fan. Don’t ask me how, why or worry about my mental wellbeing. It’s been a fun 25 year rollercoaster of fandom thus far. Question I have - is Ole actually under performing as your recent episodes imply? I would like you all to set your allegiances aside and ignore his comments following matches (that will come with time). It seems to be the narrative pushed though all forms of media, but I don’t think he’s actually that far off. Could you use descriptive analysis to assess his performance this season? And what if he finishes top 4 with the squad he has and brings a cup home - would they really sack him? Some observations from my end - - has a number of injury problems with a paper thin squad. - the midfield is utter garbage without McTominay and Pogba. - most of the squad is out of their depth and other squads with more depth/player strength are performing much worse in the table. - I only see the likes of: James, Martial, Rashford, McTominay, Pogba, Fred, Greenwood, Williams, Maguire. Wan Bissaka, Lindelof, Henderson and Tuanzebe (and some of the kids in the academy) having the ability or growth potential to be at the club long term. - Oles recruitment has been good. - He has had moments of tactical brilliance, followed by moments of darkness. But I attribute the darkness, with a number of players he’s forward to play due to others having injury. Just wondering if slagging Ole off is the easy narrative to follow. Or if my perception is out of wack. Great stuff!

I genuinely love this podcast. I listen daily. Not only do they give great game analysis, but they provide a fans perspective since they are all fans of various Premier League teams. I love the casual banter that is mixed into the podcast. Being from the US, the Premier League coverage is minimal...Read full review »

These guys are ridiculous We beat Fulham and they say “how will we beat teams with no possession” we beat Liverpool and City without any possession. Need some gunners fans on there - they always slag us off for no reason. Obviously don’t watch the games.
