One of the best United pods available
I started listening to five Manchester United podcasts last year, with the intention of continuing with the best ones. After months of listening, I’ve narrowed it down to 2: the Manchester United Weekly Podcast here, and the Manchester Evening News’ “Manchester is Red” podcast. What sets these two apart from others is the general lack of “filler” material. I’d rather a podcast was ten minutes long and filled with insightful tactical analysis and new information than packed with Robbie Savage-style inane waffle for an hour. They’re still not entirely innocent of this (the “away day” live recording in Bruges dragged on a bit), but generally they have something to say and make good content. Also, the sound would benefit from both Harry and Jack recording themselves independently and mixing the channels together afterwards, rather than capturing the audio as it comes through live on a zoom call, which results in the “phoned-in” sound. Still, these are minor criticisms and they don’t stop my from giving the guys 5 stars. Great work, keep it up! GGMU
