Description
We often don't want to discuss sin, which is bad behavior. But being approachable is critical as God's chosen nation. It is the heart and the soul that hold on to sin and vices and stop us from being approachable.
In the Bible, vices refer to sinful behaviors, attitudes, or habits that go against God's will and hinder spiritual growth. These vices affect the condition of our hearts, damage our relationships with God and others, and ultimately hinder our journey toward becoming more Christ-like.
Vices create spiritual blockages, making it difficult to live a life aligned with God's purpose. They are considered dangerous because they stem from humanity's fallen nature and, if left unchecked, can harden the heart, making repentance and spiritual growth difficult.
