“A good podcast. I just wish that food and dieting wasn’t talked on as much in this podcast because it’s a lot of fad diets and obsessing over food and and avoiding certain foods and how to track if you’re bloating by weighing yourself that’s just not a healthy relationship with food. You should eat to get your nutrition is. Bloating is normal is simply just gas in your stomach. Tracking what makes you bloat and weighing yourself after trying food is just not healthy unless recommended my a doctor that’s how people become food obsessed and people develop over analyzation of their food. It’s okay to mention nutrition but unless it’s a doctor or nutritionist this kind of advice shouldn’t be given unless you have studies to back it up.”
