Great for my commute
Pros 1) authentic and honest 2) great life advice 3) entertaining 4) funny 5) similar feel to marks books (can’t wait for the next one by the way) Cons 1) boring guests (the episodes with just mark and drew are better) - I had to end the episode with the astronaut early because it was just her going on about how amazing she is and I got bored 2) Some of the advice is great for if you are wealthy, not so much if you are a regular person. For example, mark often talks about his health transformation but he admits he’s invested tens of thousands of pounds into it and also he lives in one of the most sought after and healthy places in the world - California. Sometimes I wish the advice was more realistic for someone who perhaps lives in an area of the world which is less glamorous, wealthy etc. it’s easy to get ripped when you live in a beautiful sunny place and you are wealthy.

I came across Mark and The Subtle Art at a crossroads in my life and am so glad there is someone speaking so much sense in a relatable way. I wish I’d found his catalogue of work earlier. It has helped me recognise new values and gain a new perspective on life. Thank you!
