Helpful once they actually get to the point
I always have to fast forward through all their nonsense in the beginning. Like, once they get to the actual contents of the episode they do have helpful tools but I don’t really need to hear any other unrelated talk about their lives. It’s like 3-8 minutes of just them rambling about pointless things then finally they dive in. I always just fast forward 🙃
