Let's Make this dairy free one pot meal of Butter Chicken. Who doesn't love a great one pot meal and Butter Chicken as well? PLUS it's Dairy Free???!!! It's sooooo easy to make on those busy week nights.
Ingredients:
~ 2 Cups Water
~ 3-4 tomatoes cut in half
~ 1 large onion cut in 4 pieces
~ 1 large Bay Leaf
~ 1 cinnamon stick
~ 2 black cardamom broken open, using just the seeds inside
~ 4 cloves
~ 4 Green cardamom
~ 1 tablespoon of methi (dry fenugreek) crushed
~ tablespoon of ginger garlic paste OR fresh clove of garlic and a small piece of ginger
~ 2 teaspoons kashmiri powder
~ 3 tablespoons of butter but can add more to taste
~ 12 cashews or almonds
