“I stumbled upon this podcast while jonesing for my next ‘Mass Ef-fix’. Something to get me to May 14th was the hope, but I come away every week somehow more and more impressed with Robot and N7 Legend’s thoughtful and intelligent discussion, detailed analysis, and enjoyable speculation on the series, the races, and characters across this truly expansive universe. Mass Effect single-handedly got me into Sci-fi when the repetitive nature of things like Star Wars had just never done it for me. The depth of this universe, the extreme detail of each race, culture and historical conceit, is only surpassed by how intriguing a picture it paints across all three games. These two podcasters truly have their work cut out for them, but have met the challenge wonderfully, covering not just the facts, but the sociological ramifications, the philosophy, the real-world connections, and the cultural impact such events would have in fiction. It makes this weekly podcast such a wholesome and intriguing experience. I know when the legendary edition releases, my time with Shepard and the Normandy will be so much richer and deeper thanks to the work of this wonderful podcast. Cheers, guys!”
