“I was listening to this podcast daily when I was just getting started learning about real estate investing. The podcast was perfect to get basic-level info. HOWEVER, after I purchased the course with full access there is very little information that he goes into depth on. I have since gone with other options to learn and MPI is so disappointing. He tells a story 80% of the time and teaches for the other 20% not worth the money. I have also requested to cancel several times and have been charged again with no response to my ticket.
I suggest just reading his free book and joining a local investing group.”
