Re-inventing yourself by Walking
I have been following Amanda for a while on instagram for her nutrition and fitness routine and this is the first time I am listening to the Podcast and should say this gives lot of information that we might miss or not get from an instagram post. This episode about benefits of walking and how you can re-invent yourself just by walking 30 min daily is eye opening for anyone with sedentary life. Its more about making walking a routine rather than just sticking with 1hr gym a day. Overall its a great piece about walking you can listen to while walking or exercising!
