We listened to “The Science-Based Benefits if Walking” and we never realized how beneficial walking is for my well-being. We weight-lift 4-5 days a week and never thought about how something as simple as walking would make such a huge difference in my life. After listening to this podcast, we will implement more walking and movement into my daily lifestyle. Thank you for being real, raw, genuine, and providing information that will change lives!
