Building Togetherness
In a world where so many voices shout “do what feels good”, “you do you” and “If you don’t like it, leave” this podcast is a refreshing change! Taking the tack that you can improve brokenness, you can have a beautiful relationship with your spouse (and it will help family relationships for generations) while you grow in emotional intelligence at the same time is a shot of hope. I have suggested this podcast to numerous people, especially newlyweds. As a marriage veteran of almost 34 years, it’s helped me to see where I have broken, outdated or self-destructive belief systems about how I communicate and relate to not only my spouse but others as well. When you see it, you can change it. AND, they give concrete ways to engage with positive actions from podcast #1. Their goal- to help people who want to fix their relationships stay married and be happy in the process; to fix what’s not working and not throw out the proverbial baby with the bath water.
