The night of December 21, 1988, a Pan Am Boeing 747 took off from Heathrow Airport. What should have been an uneventful flight to America turned into a gruesome nightmare that shook the globe. A terrorist attack unlike anything ever seen before took place at 31,000 feet, and 270 people died a horrible death as a result. What happened that fateful night? Who died on that plane?
