Roman Polanski's latest film has received 12 nominations, but many feel the convicted child rapist should not be honoured for his work. There are protests outside the ceremony in Paris. Polanski and his cast and crew have chosen not to attend. One French actress has accused the country of "missing the boat" when it comes to #MeToo.
