Making Time for self love during pregnancy
I’m in the second trimester of my second pregnancy and I’ve been very struggling to find the time for myself, then someone recommended those meditations to me and I’m really enjoying making a little space to sit with myself and my baby, give thanks to my body and rest my mind for 15 minutes each day. It’s becoming a regular practice that I love! Thank you so much for your wonderful voice and words! Being reminiscent to give myself some self love was highly needed!
