This Podcast triggers my misophonia
The mouth/wet/smacking/swallowing noises that happen through this podcast trigger my misophonia so badly that I developed a headache and neck pain before I could get half way through the third trimester meditation. It is very basic professionalism to stay hydrated and sip on water before recording and is a well known hack when voice over people aren’t necessarily trained in controlling their breathing and mouth noises or if the equipment used is cheap and doesn’t have a proper filter. I listened to this meditation on a low volume and with just one headphone to try and get through it as I’m 40 weeks pregnant and really want to meditate but it was causing me such pain to hear this horrible mouth sounds.
