The real deal
Paul is a funny and likeable host. He has guests that are mostly entertainers and they talk about the impact mental illness has had on their lives. It feels very honest. It is serious a lot of the time but there are plenty of laughs.

I thoroughly enjoy this podcast. Host Paul Gilmartin has sincere conversations with guests without getting bogged down in the pathos, instead finding humour and perspective on it all.

This show is such a breath of fresh air. Paul and his guests are so Real about their lives and find humor in things "normal" people would find horror in. So...take a deep breath...your not as crazy as you thought you were, even if you are, it's ok to laugh at yourself!! Keep it up...Read full review »
