Appreciate the candidness
I really enjoy listening to this podcast. The host and guests are very candid and open. They talk openly about their vulnerabilities as well as what they do to stay positive, deal with stress, and sometimes cope with mental health issues. And, it is funny.

This new podcast with Paul Gilmartin and guests is just amazing. Paul does a great job interviewing his guests about their own bouts with depression and anxiety and also supporting himself and his listeners with positive talk. Keep up the good work!
