A warm place in my heart
I really love this podcast. I love hearing people open up in the surveys and learning from the guests. Paul is a great and relatable host. He does a good job of parsing through heavy subjects and does not shy away from listening when people come to him with new perspectives. It’s cool to see him grow over the episodes and it makes me feel like I can grow too.

This is a great podcast! As someone who conducts research on mental illness (e.g., depression, anxiety, eating disorders, etc), I think he presents a very light side of a very difficult issue in America. This podcast manages to be a really good mix of fun and funny with a bit of warm fuzzyness thrown in. Gilmartin manages to really connect with the people he's interviewing, and he seems deeply interested in connecting with the listeners of his show.
