Healing
I wasn’t aware of what a narcissist was or that these people even existed, up until 2017 when I met my daughters father. Since then I have learned so much about them, myself, and as of December 2020, I have become spiritually awakened which has only helped me heal, learn and grow in ways I never knew was possible. I came across your video on tiktok back in March 2021, and ever since then I’ve been a fan/supporter. I fight many silent battles, including those that have to do with my daughters father and because there is little to no communication between him and I, I have found comfort and peace in learning & confirming my feelings by listening to you , your knowledge, your outlook. It’s like hearing the truths he’s never told me - through you. So I thank you for helping me heal along my journey and for reminding me that I’m doing what’s best for my daughter and I wellbeing mentally, emotionally, and physically by setting boundaries that well.. have kept him away for the most part. Thank you for your continued transparency and honesty because I don’t think you know just HOW MUCH or HOW MANY people you truly save each and every day! THANK YOU!

You’re helping me tremendously as I sort out events from my childhood and early adulthood. Yes, she may’ve felt guilt at...Read full review »

I am divorcing my narc abuser and your podcast is the first thing that’s really made me laugh in a year. You speak so much truth and you speak so frankly. Love it.
