very validating
I was drawn to this specific podcast because it was from a different perspective. (a Self aware narcissist ) It has proven to be very validating because I relate to so many of the things Lee talks about. The mixture of realness and “tough love” is encouraging and empowering. He’s funny often times which helps bring some lightness to a not so light time for a person who is going thru the trauma bond withdrawal and all. Overall the podcast is a joy to listen to. I listen to it every day at work on my AirPods and have almost finished them all. Thank you Lee. Keep doing what you’re doing.

Thank you for your insight! I’ve listened to many experts and therapists over the last 3 years while recovering from narcissistic abuse and I have to say that your podcast has been the most helpful. I only wish I had discovered this sooner.
