“I don’t get the folks complaining that the show is just LH talking about himself like…that’s literally the entire plot of the podcast y’all. This beautiful man is doing us all the service of sharing his lived experience to help ease our suffering. He isn’t a therapist or a psychiatrist he’s a guy with NPD talking about it. There are other stellar options out there if you’re looking for a more academic or cerebral discussion of NPD abuse and recovery. Take what you like and leave the rest but leave my guy Lee alone thanks.
Coming back a month later to deduct a star because the ads are out of control. I understand one or two per episode but I shouldn’t be expected to endure half a dozen intrusive ads over the span of a 14-minute podcast. It’s jarring and excessive and defeats from the quality of the content.”
