“Josh Lewin has been a favorite ever since he and Howie called the Mets games on the WFAN days. The amount of laughing and pure joy I got from listening to games (I moved to the west coast, so I mostly have to listen)… it truly became a ritual. (He’d even bring up tweets the fans would send to the booth during games,.. it was amazing!). When the Daily Mets Podcast popped up after Josh left, all felt right in the world.
Now the Mets in the Morning is as essential as coffee. Thank you for all the time and effort- I NEVER write reviews of things, but this was one thing I had to come on and say in case you don’t hear often enough how much we love your work, insight, and sense of humor.
I mean…. To interrupt Italy to give us these big game recaps!!! (Your wife also deserves kudos!). Enjoy your trip and hopefully the Mets will win or lose in less dramatic form until your back in the states haha. :)
