“Yeah, I’m still always gobbling these up. Makes any day a better day when there’s a new release. Glad to eat my broccoli with the political stances. Nice to have a touchpoint outside traditional media that isn’t bonkers.
Especially keen on the David Lynch episodes and discussions of Guy Maddin. Went on quite a Maddin binge after the episode on My Winnipeg, having previously only seen Saddest Music in the World. I’ve listened to the My Winnipeg episode a few times, by now.
Bought a copy of ‘Things’ because of Will. 😒 Still just skipping around it and wincing, so far.
Somebody I like made me watch Renfield, and I hated it but had to stay polite. I was so bummed to see it appear on Michael and Us shortly thereafter, but it helped me process the trash of that media, so I guess I’m grateful.
