Transformational!
I have been loving listening to this incredible podcast, especially about aging as a spiritual journey. I’m 31 and have started to get a few silvered hairs, being in default I unconsciously plucked them out. I don’t colour my hair as I love my natural colour but had considered if I should to cover them. After listening to this, I know I have been conditioned to believe that women “shouldn’t age”. Which if you sit with that thought for a moment, it feels so wrong. As mentioned in this podcast, aging is a natural part of life and something to be celebrated as a new chapter in our life! If we all realise this, as I just did, this can truly change the world for women and remove all of the chemicals women put on or inject in their faces and bodies and most importantly, the insecurities we have as a society that beautiful only looks like youth. I have never had Botox or fillers and I felt myself comparing my looks to others my age or older who have been using Botox and fillers, feeling insecure and questioning if I should just use it too to stay beautiful, but I never wanted to put those neurotoxins into my face! There is something seriously wrong with this and that it is considered “normal” to use Botox injected into our faces. Thank you so much hun for being this incredible woman that I really needed to learn from. For me and for my two young daughters, that will now grow up knowing that aging is normal and beautiful, along with releasing the inner princess and welcoming in the Queen. I am forever grateful. Please put a lot more podcasts out, because I’ve listened to them all and need more! Haha. 🥰 I look forward to meeting you in your group program very soon. Big love, Cassy Mackey.

I’ve loved listening to Dr. Amanda Hanson’s podcasts on the Queen vs Princess energies! The Queen is the way to be! I love how I feel when I’m living in my Queen energy as opposed to my princess energy. I will be putting her advice and knowledge into practice to always be the QUEEN!

Amanda is speaking a truth I had only bounced around in my head and expressed in so many uncertain ways. I have been waiting for someone to speak these truths in a clear and sincere and accessible way. This is what I feel my Mother who was an early 70’s feminist wanted to articulate but just...Read full review »
