“Take anything you hear in this podcast with a giant grain of salt, as Rachel is an exxxcelllent marketer, and is really good at telling people what they want to hear. Like she’s not going to talk about how many of her staff have been fired or left due to disgraceful and shady ethics and business environment. Even a quick search of the WSABM Facebook group shows the track record of x employee “suddenly leaving” and the members being confused as that person was pivotal to their experience, and then untrained new staff being thrown in the deep end and being blamed for customer complaints. And I say “customer,” but at the time I was a member it was about $300 a month to be a member. I was hopeful this theoretically diverse and supportive female entrepreneur environment would be beneficial to my business, but all that happened was I did a lot of really mediocre (and honestly quite recycled and stale-feeling) training, like most of a “level up” course being about how to run a webinar — sure, a product-based business needs to do webinars to make money (not), but Rachel would have none of questioning the applicability of any of her “training” to any type of business. Leaving the membership after a year was SO painful, it was painful on purpose, to hopefully catch people before they couldn’t stop the next payment from going through. I honestly felt harassed and gaslit by the staff when trying to cancel the membership. WSABM was pretty much an awful experience all round other than a few great women I met who also left due to all the shenanigans and getting no value for what we were paying. I’m leaving this review not to trash Rachel, just to warn people from spending any money with her. I truly no longer care what she does, judging by online discussions like in Reddit it seems like her prices have continued to go up, and the “value” continues to decline for those desperate enough to try anything, or those who believe the hype. Nothing to see here, you’re better off hiring a personal business consultant who can deep dive into what YOUR business needs specifically.”
