“I joined the monthly membership, then gave plenty of notice when I was ready to leave. They have me tons of pushback, saying I’d committed to a full year and couldn’t cancel (this from a tiny check box on the payment page that led to a lengthy 12-page contract! ) on their website the language said I could cancel with 15 days notice, which I gave. But after about 10 emails and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, they’re still refusing to cancel my membership. Ethically unsound company — do NOT recommend! If you don’t believe me, read their reviews on Glassdoor and Reddit — I’m not the only one they’ve scammed!”
