Promoting transphobia - can no longer recommend.
This used to be a favorite podcast of mine. Recently Hunter hosted a guest who shared a lot of misinformation about trans healthcare. I found the episode initially thought-provoking which led me to do research on the topic. I discovered the guest she hosted, Sasha Ayad, is connected to many anti-trans organizations while falsely presenting herself as a measured, evidence-based provider. It’s extremely misleading and makes me question and distrust the other guests and information Hunter chooses to share on her podcast. I want to be a parent who believes and supports my child, full stop. I no longer believe Hunter and the mindful mama podcast help me do this. If you are a progressive parent who believes and loves trans kids, you should steer clear.
