EDIT: so pleased and happy!
As someone who is a huge fan of Mischief, it was really exciting to see that they were diving deep into members of the company and giving some joy during these times. However, I take a lot of issue with the use of “spirit animal” during the quick fire question round. On Twitter, I DM’d whoever is the social media manager, and expressed why it is not okay to use the term “spirit animal”. I gave links and alternatives as well. Mischief got back to me and stated their apologies and that they will rephrase the language going forward. It has been three weeks since that interaction and nothing has changed. I’m really upset about this and I hope that the language does eventually change moving forward. When it does, I’ll be changing this to a five-star review, because that’s honestly what this podcast is. EDIT: I am so so happy that the use of “spirit animal” has been removed from the quick fire round!! Thank you so much, and please keep doing amazing work! You guys are amazing!
