Imagine rushing to get out the door for an appointment and realizing your keys are missing again. You run through the house, searching from room to room. Your heart is racing and you become frustrated as time passes.  After what feels like minutes, you finally find them buried under a pile of mail on the table. You’re relieved but you’re also angry.
