Description
Jamie is a military spouse, which means a lot of time away from her husband. She clearly remembers when she had two little ones and she was exhausted and not present. She remembers thinking "we all need sleep!" Jamie and her husband decided to sleep train their youngest and it changed their lives! Jamie then quickly looked into getting certified because she knew she wanted to help other parents feel that good, too! Jamie received her Sleep Consultant, Newborn Care Specialist and Foster & Adoption Sleep Consultant Certifications from The Cradle Coach Academy and is certified through The Pediatric Institute for supporting families with children on the Autism spectrum. In this conversation, we dig into the nitty gritty of running a successful business while also being a full-time mom and a military spouse whose husband is frequently away from home for extended periods of time. She breaks down the amount of hours that she invests in her business and how she makes it all work while keeping the thing that is MOST important to her at top of mind always--time with her kids.
