I purchased the Moms on Call books and they have been helpful (although very high level) but unfortunately this podcast just seems to be mostly platitudes, no specifics, and plugs for their classes (which you have to pay for).

I found moms on call at 3AM one busy new born life morning 5.5 years ago.
